The United Church Board for Ministerial Assistance (UCBMA) exists to support and fund initiatives that foster spiritual and emotional maturity, physical well-being, financial responsibility and effective leadership among authorized ministers and lay employees of the United Church of Christ to ensure healthy leadership leading to healthy churches.
